Wythe Physician Practices welcomes Crystal Lowder-Tibbs, Family Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Tibbs joined the practice of Wythe Physician Practices First Choice Family Care – Wytheville located at 360 Virginia Avenue, Wytheville, Virginia.
Ms. Tibbs graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA. She received her Masters of Nursing FNP, Walden University, Minneapolis, Minnesota. She specializes in women’s health, arthritis, hypertension, acute and chronic diseases, general health, preventive medicine, diabetes and geriatrics.
Ms. Tibbs is trained to assess patient needs, order and interpret diagnostic and laboratory tests, diagnose disease, formulate and prescribe treatment plans. She offers more than 15 years’ experience in the field of nursing and prior experience in emergency medicine, progressive care unit and key strengths in leadership decision making. Ms. Lowder-Tibbs welcomes new patients to the practice. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).
